- Lecturers for EDUINO webinars - online events (3 lecturers are sought) Each lecturer can apply for one or more topics by selecting the topics they are interested in through the questionnaire available by clicking this link. What will be the responsibilities of the lecturers?
- To complete an independent one-day training on presentation skills and technical training (materials and recorded tutorials will be sent by email from the EDUINO team)
- Preparation of the concept and expected outcomes for the lecture; as well as full preparation for the lecture according to the speaker's knowledge and skills and current trends
- Preparation of a presentation for the lecture according to the planned topic (pre-determined with the EDUINO team)
- Preparation of questions and technical preparation of a Google Forms quiz (with determined points and questions) to assess the knowledge acquired by participants
- Answering questions from webinar/event participants and readiness for discussion on the topic
- Preparation of activities for the listeners accompanied by an evaluation rubric
- Reviewing and evaluating activities submitted by the listeners
- Preparation of reports from the analysis of the quiz and submitted activities
- Preparation of a brief report on the completed work as a lecturer/speaker
- Active communication and cooperation with the SmartUp/EDUINO team
What are the required skills and qualifications?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in public speaking/presentations on topics related to digital technologies, education, or topics of great importance to all participants in the education system
- Or a minimum of 5 years of work experience in the field of education
- Proven results in creating and delivering educational materials and lectures
- Ability to convey knowledge in written, presentation, and practical forms
- Active knowledge (written and spoken) of the Macedonian language
- Excellent knowledge and active use of Microsoft PowerPoint or other similar presentation applications (e.g., MentiMeter)
- Knowledge of the ZOOM application Excellent communication skills
- Ability to debate as well as appropriate knowledge of education-related topics
- Active use of camera and microphone, speaking before a wide audience, and good presentation skills
- Although additional advanced training will be provided to prepare speakers for delivering high-quality webinars
Logistical information related to the work engagement:
- The engagement is concluded through an Author's contract with SmartUp for completed work
- A one-time monetary compensation is foreseen for each webinar, upon submission of a signed report for the completed work
- The total compensation for implementing one webinar is 6600 MKD (gross)
- Technical support during the event and preparation of the presentation
- Mandatory completion of an independent one-day training on presentation skills and technical training
