During the past 4 years, teams from the cities of Krizevci, Maribor, Nish and Skopje have been actively working to support our communities in transforming our cities in the best places to live, work, and visit, as part of the “Future Cities of South East Europe” project, supported by EIT Climate KIC.
Communities, municipalities and cities face a tremendous challenge in starting and implementing a green transformation process - a process leading to sustainability, a proactive approach against climate change, decarbonisation, and overall better living and working conditions.
Our teams, within this project, had the opportunity to, through practical work, research, experimentation, and citizen participation, develop knowledge and capacities for successfully initiating and implementing the process of green transformation.
We invite you to join us on the upcoming webinar and learn more about our experiences and outcomes.
Date: 14th December
Time: 13:00 CET
During the webinar we will introduce the Green Acceleration Programme service - a capacity development programme - that we developed as an outcome of this project.
The Green Acceleration Programme is aimed at all communities, municipalities and cities interested in starting and supporting a green transformation process.
The webinar will be held in English.
