Living a happy life: The challenge of today? @TEDxSeptemvriskaSesijaSalon
At the fourth TEDxSeptemvriskaSesijaSalon event with the theme “Living a happy life – the challenge of modern times?” we discussed which are the crucial factors to a happiness and vice versa, what are the factors and reasons Macedonia is at the 118th place in the World Index of happiness? The topic raised the issue and initiate a discussion about the importance of building a personality in the early years of our life, whether actually building strong relationships with the people in your life is crucial for your happiness rather than material goods? Also discussed whether actually smile as such prolongs human life and studies related to this?
Elena Antonovska Edizer is a Certified Professional Coach from Ericsson’s College of Canada and owner of Lux Integra – Center for Personal Development (Lux Integra – Coaching & Self-Development). The list of skills and methods included in her scope of work is long, and some of them are: PCM Coach (Process Communication Model), WingWave coach, NLP Practitioner, Regression therapist, Reiki Master, BachFlower Remedies Practitioner, etc. Her professional experience has been gained in various business environments of public institutions, insurance, public relations and working as a freelancer in the field of personal and professional development, communication and coaching, spirituality and energy methods.
PhD.Ognen Spasovski is an Associate Professor at the Institute of Psychology at the Faculty of Philosophy in Skopje, an expert in the field of well-being and happiness. Focus of his research is in the field of positive psychology and evolutionary psychology.
